Addicted

Desktop Tower DefenseWhatever you do don’t play Desktop Tower Defense. I’m totally addicted. If I don’t graduate next year, I’m betting this is the reason.

If against my advice you decide to play anyway, post your scores to the “cs.umd.edu” group. That way I’ll know I’m not alone in my addiction.

Some scores:
Finished the Easy levels
Finished the Normal levels: 5623 points

Update:
Finished the Hard levels: 6828 points

Maybe now I can stop playing…

  1. I can’t seem to break the 2500 mark. The two fast bosses and the Wave of Flyers ALWAYS do me in.

and yes it is a time suck. I had a weekend…a really LONG weekend. Did I do art? nooooooo. I upgraded pellet towers ad nauseum.

  3. If you check the group scoreboard for “cs.umd.edu” you can click on the names of the players and see their last few maps. That usually gives you a hint how we’re doing what we do.

  5. hmnnn…I was playing the fun bit with the 10k of money…its seems around the 5000-6000 point the creatures become indestructible. I mean I have all the towers amped up and the pulsing towers which do massive damage and things are just breezing through. I think that is the impossible ceiling for this game.
