Or more importantly, holed up at home while I slog through my doctoral proposal in preparation for my preliminary exam in a couple of weeks.
So I really haven’t had much to post about, or the time to even think of posting.
When I do get a moment you might hear about:
- Floyd Landis’ amazing comeback in the Tour de France
- Resurrecting my 11 year-old Powerbook 540c
- The amazing combination of TextMate/Texniscope/BibDesk for generating LaTeX documents.
Best of luck with your proposal. I’m sure it’s a grind. My cousin is at U. of Iowa working on his proposal for a chemistry Ph.D. and it sounds pretty grueling.
Hey Sandro – good luck with both the work and the tedium of getting through it.
Good luck indeed. The fact that latex documents are your topic of study shows me that you are a very serious student.
Heh, my topic of study isn’t nearly as interesting as LaTeX documents. My actual topic is on Adaptive Quality Assurance. It refuses to all come together though…
